Lots are $20,000 +GST each*. Please note that the lots are currently zoned as R3 and suitable for duplexes. There is a possibility of rezoning to R1 for single family dwellings.
*If the Purchaser has built a residential dwelling, within one year of purchase, the Town will refund the Purchaser $2,500.00 – see Policy 2010-01
