Snow Removal

In an effort to keep the Town safe for all, we would like to remind residents and business that snow and ice must be cleared within 48 hours of a snowfall. The fine for failure to remove snow and ice is $100 plus administrative fees. Property owners can also be charged the cost of cleanup if the Town deems it necessary to hire a contractor to do the work.

Reminders to shovel are NOT sent prior to ticketing, please have all snow & ice removed from sidewalks within 48 hours of the snowfall.
