Fire Ban in Effect

Due to the dry conditions, The County of Two Hills has issued a FIRE BAN to be in place till further notice, therefore the Town of Two Hills is also in a complete fire ban. Any open flame fire is not allowed throughout the County or Town.

THIS MEANS:

  • No camp fires or warming fires are allowed.

  • The use of burning barrels or burn pits are not allowed.

  • The use of a propane or natural gas barbeque are allowed, but should be supervised while in use.

  • NO charcoal grills or barbeques are allowed.

  • No setting off of fireworks anywhere within the county.

  • Use of ATV's and UTV's must be used with caution in grass areas as the exhaust systems can start a fire very easily.

  • Any one found to be in violation may be subject to fines and costs of extinguishing of a fire.
